yes yes, parkour is also called free running. been working on my monkey vaults and my popvaults. have a look
heres the popvault, i need to work on my getting over the obstacle and making it more fluid. wanted to practice more but the college head's room is next door. the sound of my feet banging against the wooden wall isnt really soothing.
finally got my monkey vaults to work, once i have perfected my technique i shall conquer greater heights. kekeke

Bahaha that's a cheating pop vault. Your legs shouldn't touch the top of the wall. Pop vault is 70% momentum, 10% initial step, and 20% vault.
When you do the pop vault right, you should clear the wall very cleanly.
1) Run towards the wall. This will become your downforce into the wall, allowing you to stick onto it very briefly.
2) Prepare to start taking long & strong steps up the wall
3) Raise your strong leg to the wall, high
4) Lift your arms as you jump off into the wall to generate some lift
5) Kick off your strong leg that's now in the wall. You won't get much traction, but just enough pop to get to the top of the wall
6) Now you will have converted your 100% forward energy, into 20% upward force, and 20% forward force, and 60% energy lost from the impact :)
7) Use the remaining momentum to vault over the top, using any vault you want. Your legs just swing over from the momentum; only your hands make contact.
This is a good example:
